In a career spanning more than three decades, Doug Brennecke has closed nearly a half billion dollars in loans. Doug is a recipient of the 2010 and 2011 Five-Star Best-in-Client-Satisfaction Mortgage Professionals Award, and has been featured as an Outstanding Performer in Mortgage Generator magazine. He is licensed by the State of California and the National Mortgage Licensing System.

Doug began his mortgage origination career in 1977. Doug initially entered the mortgage business on the servicing side, where he helped people who had already obtained their mortgage. Prior to joining Rancho Financial Mortgage, he honed his expertise working with a large savings and loan company and later, a small mortgage brokerage. Doug continues to serve his clients through Rancho Financial’s well-established mortgage brokerage and mortgage banking capabilities.
